The EASY way to contract. Just do it once!
After you enter your data (just once) to get set up, you will be able to contract with additional insurance carriers with just a few mouse clicks.
Here are some tips before you begin:
- Save your username and password! You'll need them to complete future contracting.
- You will need:
»Printer
»Voided Check
»Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certificate or completion date
»Names of carriers with which you are currently appointed
»Errors & Ommissions (E&O) certificate
»LTC continuing education certificate or any training certificate pertaining to the product you are selling
»Tax ID Number - If you are completing contracting for someone else, only enter information for the person being contracted. DO NOT use your own information.
If you do not want to complete your contracting online, you can print and complete the Producer Set-Up Packet. We'll do the rest for you. Simply submit your completed packet to us via e-mail - licensing@bsibroker.com - or fax it to 301-540-8787.
